Business Coaching Program

OVERVIEW

The AWE Government Contracting Track Business Coaching Program prepares entry-level, intermediate, and seasoned government contractors to take their company to the next level in government contracting. Participants will work one–on–one with our expert coaches to enhance their contracting and business ownership skillsets through self-paced, mastery-based lessons. 

KEY COMPETENCIES ADDRESSED AND LEARNED IN THIS PROGRAM

  • ​ Virtual coaching sessions per month at pre-established times. In each session, you will be given exercises that will allow you to experience and resolve real contractor/government situations. 

  • Learn best practices in government contracting while working through everyday obstacles that occur when providing services to the government. 

  • Coaches will guide you through the process of developing your business plan to help you grow your business and succeed in government contracting.​​

 

PROGRAM PREREQUISITE REQUIREMENTS

Participants must have a working knowledge of the Getting Started in Government Contracting Course information, at a minimum.  It would also be helpful for government contracting coaching participants to have a working knowledge of the federal contracting landscape. 

COACHING CLIENT AGREEMENT

Please sign and return one copy of the Coaching Client Agreement prior to the first scheduled coaching meeting. Retain one copy for your records and email the other signed copy to info@aweinc.net.
